H.I.I.T Classes

Our H.I.I.T workouts are all carefully designed. No matter which workout you do, be sure that you will always get a functional, full body workout, consisting of cardiovascular exercises, strength training,core strengthening, balance, agility and flexibility. In each workout of 36 tot 38 minutes, our clients burn between 1500  to 2000 kJ. But there is more to it: H.I.I.T is known for the afterburn effect and that is why it is an excellent fat burning class. Due to excessive post exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC), your metabolism is faster for up to 24 hours after your workout.
